After this realization, I started a company called Farview Point, which helps young filmmakers learn the skills that are necessary to successfully market and promote themselves and their work within the film and television industry. I also wrote a book titled, “Film School & Beyond” and with the book as an aid, have successfully guided hundreds of young filmmakers within the competitive entertainment industry.

At the same time that I was creating Farview Point, my father (who is a Chiropractor in the state of California) saw what I was doing with these young filmmakers and realized that like many of these young pupils emerging from film school without proper training in marketing and promotion, his Chiropractic practice was also lacking in these areas. As a result, my father hired me as the Marketing Coordinator for his practice and over the next two years I worked to build my father’s business to a point he never before imagined possible.

At a Chiropractic seminar in Los Angeles, my father sat down for lunch with a group of doctors from around the country and began talking to them about the current state of their practices. During that conversation, many of the doctors admitted to having businesses that were running below capacity and below their desired incomes. My father then brought up the work I had been doing for him and recommended that the doctors give me a call to see if I could help them with their marketing.

Before I knew it, I was doing the marketing for a number of doctors from around the country… and Silver Mountain Marketing was born.

Now with an influx of clients vying for my attention and guidance, one of the first things I recommended to them all was that they start collecting testimonials from their patients, as these testimonials would be vital to the future success and overall prosperity of their practices.

Now let’s say that your customer says he or she wants to take the
